Firstly let me thank all our customers for choosing to use us over other businesses in this field.

After having worked for a national pest control company for a number of years I felt there were

a number of areas that a locally based pest control company could provide a better quality of

service.

When you call us you will speak to someone who has experience in the field. No call centres and

no secretaries who  forward your calls to someone else. Local knowledge of the area is an

important factor especially considering how some companies operate from miles away yet claim

to be local.

When quoting for work I also felt it important to be up front on costs. We do not charge for call

outs, we do not operate on a commission basis making additional charges for ‘extras’ such as

ladders and ‘special’ equipment. We may not be the cheapest service provider but we have 20

years experience, a proven track record, full indemnity insurance and are CRB checked.

8 out of 10 customers come back to us, they like the continuity, the fair price and the quality of

our work. We like to think that the other 2 out of 10 have moved away. At busy times we may not

be able to answer your call immediately. You may get our answer serrvice, please call again or
